General conditions

• Reservations must be confirmed (letter, fax, email, voucher). Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card for the entire cost of stay ( please supply name of card holder, card number, expiration date and 3 figure security number on the back of card); alternatively you may make an advance payment of 30% (minimum of one night) by cheque, transfer or other means.
  
• Cancellation policy:
  For stays of less than 3 nights the client is obliged to pay :
  - The price of the first night plus 30% of entire stay if the cancellation takes place less than 7 days before the planned arrival date
  - 100% of stay if cancellation takes place less than 72 hours before the planned arrival date
  - In the case of a « No Show » the client is obliged to pay full price.

For stays of 3 or more nights, and special offers, the client is obliged to pay:

- The price of the first night plus 30% of entire stay if the cancellation takes place less than 21 days before the planned arrival date
- 100% of stay if cancellation takes place less than 14 days before the planned arrival date
- In the case of a « No Show » the client is obliged to pay full price.

• In the case of cancellation of a stay in progress, or the shortening of a stay in progress, all nights originally reserved must be paid for, plus 50% for half-board or meals reserved. In the case of special offers, the total price must be paid.
• The minimum stay is 2 nights for weekends, Bank Holidays and during the holidays (French, Belgian, British, Dutch, German and American).
• You may bring animals if kept on a lead, but prior warning is essential.
• Stables: 4 large boxes ( 16 m² ) et 8 hectares de pasture are available, with food included.
