Warm and welcoming by nature, Gérard Lherbier will happily show you around his studio in the village of Campagne les Hesdin, in the Pas de Calais region.
He started out painting flowers, with great success. But he soon tired of this, and changed direction entirely to discover a style that was truer to himself. Now a painter of light and colour, his work is extremely striking. |

| Following the artist's moods, his work can express joy and happiness, as well as sadness, fear and anguish.
Recurrent themes are motherhood and flowers. Always in search of new emotions, his work is in constant evolution.
Around thirty of Lherbier's works are permanently displayed at the Château.
